Water-Based Deshuttering
- Usage: 5+1 (5L water + 1L DMR oil =Total 6L oil)
- Method of application: Sprinkler
- Recommended to apply on: Plywood as well as Ms plate of slab
- Spreadability: 120-150 sq. m per litre of applied product
- Benefit / USP: Products are 100% biodegradable; 100% eco-friendly; Reduce labour costs; Substantially increase the number of times shuttering ply can be used.
- DMR for plastic shuttering material: DMR + range of oils are also approved for plastic shuttering material and approved by Geoplast, Italy
Oil Based Deshuttering and Mould Realease
TMR Range of Deshuttering Oils
Method of Application:
- Neat Method of application - Generally by roller.
- Maxxion motor driven design sprinklers if all application areas inaccessible by roller.
Recommended to apply on: TMR range of shuttering oils, used for tunneling, drilling & mining applications. Main application in large infra projects.Mainly find application in large infra projects.

- Non-carcinogenic and no side effects of human contact.
- Entire application process can be automated if needed.
PMR Range of Deshuttering Oils
Method of Application:
- Neat Usage.
- Generally by roller or Maxxion motor driven design sprinklers if all application areas are inaccessible by roller.
Recommended to apply on: Various precast applications such as beams, bridges cement pipes and other precast products.
Benefits / USP:
- Contains no carcinogenic content and does not cause any side effects due to human contact.
- Minimum labour cost needed.
- Entire application process can be automated if needed.

Recommended to apply on:
- Aluform make
- Hyundai Make
- S-Form make
- Mewa make
- MyOne make
- MFS make
- Kumkang make
- Any other make 1 of aluminium shuttering material.
Spreadability: Between 60-75 sq. m per litre
